Join a highly established estate agency business in the growing town of Haverhill. Our client are on the lookout for an experienced negotiator who can deal with both sales and lettings. Experience across both disciplines isn't essential but property experience is crucial. We are looking for an experienced and driven individual with a proven track record in Property, ideally a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar Negotiator role. You will need to have the ability to undertake viewings to a very high standard, maximising all opportunities, negotiating offers to a high standard, helping at times with the progression of transactions and ideally with the ability to also value and list homes. If you don't have valuing experience then our client will ensure you are fully trained on this element. On offer will be a basic salary between £24,000 - £28,000, with on target earnings ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
