Job Title: Multi-skilled Operatives
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £12.60 to start
Hours: Various Day shifts depending on department
Contract Type: Full Time, Temp - Perm
Our client based near Haverhill, Suffolk is looking for a Multi-skilled Operatives to join their team on a temp - perm basis.
As a Multi-skilled Operatives your duties will include:
- Ensuring production starts and ends on time
- Assist in the manufacturing process – cutting, shaping, assembling, finishing components.
- Undertake quality checks on outputs, identifying defects and rectifying/raising issues as appropriate to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Uphold health & safety standards, housekeeping, and ensure the factory environment remains safe, clean and organised.
An ideal candidate for the Multi-skilled Operatives will have:
- A good level of technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new machinery and processes quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
- A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to different tasks and a willingness to help across the team.
