Team Manager – Children with Disabilities Team

Location: Havering, UK
Rate: £44.50 per hour
Contract: Ongoing locum opportunity (Full-time or Part-time options available)

Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Havering as a Team Manager. This rewarding role allows you to lead a dedicated team delivering vital support to children and families, all within a borough celebrated for its strong community spirit and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Children with Disabilities Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work practice.

  • Support and supervise staff through case management, reflective practice, and professional development sessions.

  • Organise and manage team meetings, development days, and performance reviews.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (e.g., SWE).
