This stunning country hotel based in the North Yorkshire dale are recruiting a Sous Chef to join the team of talented chefs to assist the talented head chef in running the kitchen in this high quality hotel

The ideal Sous Chef candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft
- Experience working with a modern British menu
- Experience working in a fast-paced fresh food led kitchen
- Experience working within a similar independent casual dining venue
- Experience running service to high standards, and being always in tune with your team
- Spot on knowledge of stock control, costings and menu planning
- Understanding of the latest allergen, H&S & haccp procedures and regulations
- A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft
- The desire to learn from a very well respected head chef
