We are recruiting for a hardworking and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and dynamic team in Hawes. As a leading supplier of optical tools, spare parts, and accessories, we pride ourselves on excellent service and customer satisfaction.

If you're organised, adaptable, and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced office environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with customer enquiries.

  • Process inbound orders, including export, glazing, and imprint orders.

  • Respond to customer emails and monitor the shared inbox.

  • Handle product queries, order chases, and manage customer follow-ups.

  • Process returns and issue credits where appropriate.

  • Perform general office administration tasks to support the team.

About You:

  • Strong communication and telephone skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (training will be provided on bespoke systems).

  • Adaptable and a team player, comfortable working in a busy office setting.
