We are recruiting for a hardworking and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and dynamic team in Hawes. As a leading supplier of optical tools, spare parts, and accessories, we pride ourselves on excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with customer enquiries.

Process inbound orders, including export, glazing, and imprint orders.

Respond to customer emails and monitor the shared inbox.

Handle product queries, order chases, and manage customer follow-ups.

Process returns and issue credits where appropriate.

Perform general office administration tasks to support the team.
About You:

Strong communication and telephone skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (training will be provided on bespoke systems).

Adaptable and a team player, comfortable working in a busy office setting.
