We’re working with a friendly, well-established digital agency that’s looking for a Business Development Executive to join them.

They offer a range of services from web development to SEO, PPC, and content creation. Their clients are mostly small to medium-sized businesses, so there’s always plenty of variety in the work.

What you’ll be doing

Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, LinkedIn, and email.

Building relationships with prospects and scheduling meetings to convert them into clients.

Understanding client needs and recommending digital solutions aligned with their goals.

Keeping the CRM up to date with all outreach activity, conversations, and lead progress.

Working closely with internal teams to keep them informed on lead status and smoothly handing over to the account management team at the appropriate time.

Hitting new business targets and contributing to overall agency growth.

The Experience You’ll Need

You’ll need to be a go-getter—confident, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone or send that message.

Previous experience in business development or sales—ideally in a digital, marketing, or creative agency, but other B2B sales backgrounds will absolutely be considered.

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

A good understanding of digital services like web, SEO, or PPC is a bonus.

Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder.
