No experience or licences? No problem! Full training and formal one-week inductions are provided in-house. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with:
- Ability to work FULL TIME
- Consistent attendance
- A strong focus on quality over quantity
- The ability to work continuously and effectively throughout the day
Pay Rates & Premiums:
Base pay: £12.81 per hour (from 18:00-00:00 £14.31/h)
Shift premiums:
Overtime: Time £18.66/h over 40 hours
Bank holidays: £24.88/h
Shift Patterns:
Rotating shifts:Â Sunday - Thursday 2pm-10pm/ Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
What’s Provided:
Full PPE provided: safety boots, Kevlar gloves, and zip-up high-vis vests
Training includes classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with sign-off after one week
