We are hiring a Chinese Executive Chef for a hospitality group based in London, with locations across Europe and beyond. This is a great chance for a skilled chef who knows authentic Chinese cooking and loves creating new food ideas. The Chinese Executive chef will have full creative freedom over the menu development.
The Chinese Executive Chef should speak Mandarin well to talk with guests and kitchen staff. Knowing Thai and Korean is a big plus. You also need to be good at Microsoft Excel and Word to help with menus, costs, and paperwork. This job includes lots of travel across Europe, perfect for a passionate and experienced Chinese Executive Chef.
Chinese Executive Chef benefits:

Chinese Executive Chef requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chinese Executive Chef within restaurants, contract catering or similar environment.
- Commitment and longevity within previous roles are essential.
- Must speak Mandarin.
