- Location: London
- Salary: £40,500 per annum
- Hours: 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. | 5 days on, 3 days off rota (including bank holidays and potentially Christmas)
- Holidays: 28 days per year

- Reports to: Operations Manager
- Works alongside: One other Duty Manager
?? About the Role:
Youll be jointly responsible for overseeing daily coach operations, supervising drivers, resolving real-time issues, maintaining legal and operational compliance, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will also be expected to drive on occasion when needed.
?? What Were Looking For:
- A valid PCV licence is essential
- Prior coach driving experience is a must
- Sound knowledge of London roads and popular tourist locations (including parking and access restrictions)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues under pressure and support a high-functioning driver team
- Willingness to be flexible, including holiday periods
