A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an internationally renowned manufacturing organization based in the Hayes area.

Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 + Overtime + Great benefits package

Location, commutable from Hayes, Middlesex

Skills required for the job of a Controls Technician

Maintenance and repairs on a range of automated equipment

Able to lead complex and critical control incidents

To maintain and update as required specialist OEM Controls

To provide specialist support for OEM PLCs, Safety PLCs, etc.

To be able fault find communication issues between HLC and LLC components

To monitor and oversee the provision of 2nd/3rd line support to integrated technologies.

Project and demonstrate to the customer expertise in our OEM equipment.

Accurate and detailed handover of information during incidents, work orders or investigations and between shifts.

Experience dealing with software version control

Strong working knowledge of Siemens and/or Schneider PLCs
