My client is a well-established freight forwarder seeking an experienced Import Clerk to join their team.
The role involves handling air imports from start to finish, monitoring ETAs, and booking shipments.
Candidates must have prior imports experience and will be responsible for customs entries and key account management.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year and requires relevant experience in the field.
Working hours are structured as 4 days on and 4 days off, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

My client is a well established, busy freight forwarder looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team!

Daily duties include:

Handling air imports from start - finish
Monitoring ETA's f incoming shipments
Booking in shipments from pre-alerts working with the customer service team
Completing pre-lodgements and T1's
Creating ETSF records
Handling key accounts
Completing customs entries
Quotations
Arranging collections and deliveries
Liaising with airlines

Working hours:

4 on 4 OFF DAYS 7.00am-19.00pm
