Key Requirements of a Class Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 or 2

Ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
Assess, track, and support pupil progress to ensure every child achieves their potential
Work closely with fellow staff to support the overall development of pupils
Participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community
