- Ensure all salary disbursements are fully compliant with current employment legislation and regulatory standards.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records in line with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Accurately process employee benefits, deductions, bonuses, and any necessary adjustments.
- Promptly investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports to management as needed.
- Work closely with clients to ensure accurate data and timely salary payments.
- Monitor payroll tax obligations and ensure all filings and payments are submitted on schedule.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations regarding all payroll information.
- Demonstrable experience in payroll management or a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
