  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all salary disbursements are fully compliant with current employment legislation and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date payroll records in line with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Accurately process employee benefits, deductions, bonuses, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Promptly investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports to management as needed.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure accurate data and timely salary payments.
  • Monitor payroll tax obligations and ensure all filings and payments are submitted on schedule.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations regarding all payroll information.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrable experience in payroll management or a comparable role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills paired with clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
