The Role

The Wholesale Administrator will be responsible for managing wholesale operations, including data entry, order processing, and providing after-sales support for key clients. You will be part of the Sales Admin team, reporting directly to the Sales Admin Manager.

This store provides an exciting array of luxury products and a premium experience with their carefully edited collection of their European merchandise including handbags, accessories & luggage.

Responsibilities for this Wholesale Administrator:

  • Process orders in the SAP system and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Manage order confirmations, out-of-stock notifications, and provide estimated delivery dates.
  • Prepare and issue proforma invoices.
  • Manage all post-sale service and support activities.
  • Apply knowledge and experience in wholesale operations to support customer needs effectively.
  • Support management with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

To be successful in this Wholesale Administrator position-

  • Having 1 year experience ideally working in a sales, retail, or wholesale role in B2B capacity.
  • Skilled in IT, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Able to WIO 5 days a week Mon-Fri.
  • Accurate and efficient in data entry tasks, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is beneficial.
