We're looking for a confident and personable Lettings & Resident Services professional to provide cover during paternity leave at a beautifully maintained residential development in Hayes.

You'll be supporting residents day-to-day, handling maintenance queries, responding to lettings enquiries, and booking in viewings.

Working alongside a great on-site maintenance manager, you'll keep lettings enquiries ticking over and be supported with a full handover the Friday before starting.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in residential lettings or resident services.
  • Confidence speaking with residents and applicants.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
