A high-performing secondary school in Hillingdon is seeking a passionate and driven Head of Social Sciences to join their team from June 2025.

The Role

In this Head of Social Science role, you will lead a dynamic department delivering Psychology, Sociology, Religious Studies, Social Science (KS3), and Politics (KS5). This role represents an exciting opportunity to guide and inspire this talented team, further developing the curriculum and ensuring outstanding teaching and learning experiences for all students.

You will:

  • An experienced middle leader or an ambitious teacher ready for a step up
  • Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong background in Social Sciences
  • Visionary educator passionate about developing both staff and students
  • Committed to inclusion, academic success, and holistic student growth
