Role: Team Administrator

Location: Haywards Heath with Hybrid working (minimum of 2 days in office)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Pay: 26,000 per annum

The Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Discreet and professional with sensitive information
  • Skilled in managing shared documents, databases, and CRM systems

The Role:

  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking rooms, travel, and events
  • Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, maintaining document filing systems
  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as membership numbers and event registrations
  • Acting as a primary contact for internal queries and external partners
  • Managing shared inboxes and multiple phone lines
  • Supporting project tracking, reporting, and assisting with marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases, websites, shared drives, and templates
  • Supporting the onboarding of new staff and ongoing team coordination activities
  • Assisting with event planning, delegate registrations, onsite support, and event evaluation reporting
  • Managing basic finance processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Organising team gifts and supporting company social events such as summer and Christmas gatherings
