Butcher

My Client is looking for a Experienced Catering Butcher required for a well-established busy catering butchers in Sussex with a large turnover. An excellent package will be offered to the ideal candidate who must be able to fulfil at least the below criteria.

• Work on their own initiative
• Good team player.
• A high level of presentation on all levels both business and personal.
• Have experience, minimum 2 years of catering or retail butchery, including competent knife skills.
• Good communication skills and a full understanding of the English language and butchery terms.
• Previous experience of working in a busy, fast paced team environment.
• Understanding food standards and having a food hygiene certificate, level 2.
• Always aiming to achieve high standards of butchery.
• Have a knowledge of and able to adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
• Good time management skills.
• Ensure that good cleanliness and hygiene are always maintained.

Hours 5AM - 3 pm 5 days a week includes Saturdays with a day off in the week.

Salary from 35,000.00
