Serving a diverse crowd from locals to day-visitors, families to professionals this will be a bustling, all-day space rooted in warmth, hospitality and simple, well-crafted food. The focus is on delivering exceptional dishes & products made on-site, with craftsmanship and seasonal produce at the core.
What youll get up to
Lead the full culinary vision design and develop menus across multiple outlets, with fish and fresh, seasonal British ingredients as key pillars.
- Inspire and grow your team from onboarding to weekly coaching, ensuring strong progression and retention.
- Drive kitchen operations oversee GP management, stock takes, wastage processes, ordering and weekly GP flash reporting, championing exceptional standards.
- Ensure smooth service across high-volume periods delivering consistency, speed and quality across several food outlets.
- Collaborate with senior leaders ensuring synergy between departments and supporting long-term operational strategies.
- Create a warm, generous and welcoming food experience bringing personality, charm and spirit into the guest journey.
Your DNA
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in quality-driven, high-volume environments.
- Creativity paired with commercial awareness confident balancing cost control, menus and operational demands.
- A passion for sustainability and local sourcing, with strong seasonal instincts.
- Skilled at leading teams in multi-outlet environments, with a nurturing and development-focused leadership style.
- Calm under pressure, generous with your knowledge, and committed to delivering high hospitality standards.
- Excited by the idea of shaping a venues entire food identity and building a standout kitchen culture.
