We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Catering Manager to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen at a fantastic care home in Haywards Heath! This is a fantastic chance to be part of a warm, supportive team while making a real difference in the lives of the residents by delivering delicious, home-cooked, and nutritious meals every day.
You'll have the opportunity to inspire and manage a dedicated catering team, create exciting seasonal menus on a four-week rotation, and ensure smooth, efficient operations across both homes. With full responsibility for training, scheduling, budgeting, and food safety compliance, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, leadership, and making mealtimes truly special.
