Commercial Insurance Executive

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Key duties:

Answer and resolve customer queries
Handle general policy administration and produce high-quality documentation
Proactively follow up on insurance enquiries to convert them into policies
Ensure customer satisfaction is consistently exceeded
Maintain accurate records on the system
Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products and share expertise with colleagues
Identify trends and areas for improvement, proposing solutions
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Engage in regular learning and development activities in line with company and FCA requirements
