Lead Design Engineer Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in mechanical design, ideally in special-purpose machinery.
- Proficient in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work hands-on and guide projects from concept to completion.
