The role is mainly home based / hybrid and will require attendance at the offices in Haywards Heath around 2 or more days per month. You will need to be located close to the Haywards Heath area to ensure easy commute for the office based days.

The role - Team Administrator
My client is seeking an outstanding team admin support who will be working as a key member of the team, giving admin support across all areas of the business including the project management team, industry partners, business development and general office admin.
You’ll be a key person ensuring the team operates, seamlessly managing the behind-the-scenes tasks that enable others to focus on their core responsibilities. Working independently across a wide variety of duties, you’ll be pro-active in setting up and maintaining systems, ensuring ongoing tasks and reporting are managed seamlessly.
Duties will include:
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Booking rooms, travel and events
Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
Filing, document management, and data entry - running reports
Ad hoc admin tasks for the team
Support with the annual events during summer and Christmas
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries
Managing shared in-boxes and multiple company phone lines
Circulating information to team members as required
Assisting with reporting or maintaining spreadsheets
Supporting with marketing activities
Ad hoc quality control projects - proofreading materials before they are published
Support event marketing and planning
Onsite attendance at meetings (UK and potential for overseas support) on occasion
Handling basic finance processes
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to learn and adapt to multiple website/content management systems
Excellent attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
Highly organised and methodical
Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management and deadline awareness
Flexibility and willingness to take on varied tasks
Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders across departments
