Morgan Mckinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant who has payroll experience. The role will be supporting the Finance Manager with everyday transactional finance such as processing of invoices, checking expenses, payments and checking of payroll data but also support the business with admin support when required.
Salary: up to £32K
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex - hybrid
Hours: 9-5
Accounts Assistant duties:
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Supporting the Finance Manager with the monthly payroll process, checking of data
- Checking and approving expenses / internal spend
- Payment of invoices
- Handling employee - payroll queries
- General admin support to the wider teams when required with booking travel, meetings etc.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Payroll Assistant type role as well as having good admin support skills
- Attention to detail
- Good IT skills
