Quotations Engineer required.
Do you have a machining (CNC Milling/CNC Turning) and/or fabrication background?
Have you previously worked in a customer focused role working on quotations, tenders and orders relating to technically complex components and assemblies?

The basics:
Job title: Quotations Engineer - machining and fabrication
Salary: up to 55000 per annum DOE
Role: Permanent
Location: Heanor
Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.30am to 4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am to 12.30pm)
Contracted hours per week: 39hrs
Holidays & Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, 4% pension contribution.
Overview:
Working in a modern first class manufacturing facility for a company that machine and fabricate complex metal components and assemblies we now require a Quotations Engineer to join the Sales and Estimating department.
The ideal Quotations Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Previous experience working within a machining and fabrication environment with processes such as CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Welding, Fabrications and assembly.
- Experience in the creation of accurate estimates for complex machined components and assemblies
- Competent with ERP systems and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and customer focused skills.
Commutable from: Alfreton, Ripley, Clay Cross, Derby, Mansfield and surrounding areas.
