We specialise in providing remanufacturing solutions for Engine Management, Transmission, Anti-Lock Braking, Electric Power Steering, Instrumentation, and Comfort Control Systems for the automotive aftermarket. As a rapidly growing company, we have recently expanded into a new 30,000 sq ft facility to accommodate our increasing demands and enhance our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Electronic Hardware Design
 Design and develop bespoke electronic hardware for test systems, including analog and digital circuit design, component selection, and schematic capture.
- PCB Design & Prototyping
Create multi-layer PCB layouts using industry-standard tools. Oversee prototyping, assembly, and hardware validation processes.
- System Integration
Collaborate with software and test development teams to integrate hardware into HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and automated test systems for automotive control modules.
- Custom Test Solutions
Specify, design, and build tailored electronic systems that simulate real-world automotive environments for testing ECUs, sensors, and actuators.
- Hardware Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across custom-built systems, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in electronic hardware design, particularly for embedded or automotive applications.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCAD, Eagle).
- Solid understanding of microcontrollers, signal conditioning, power electronics, and interface protocols (CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, etc.).
- Practical experience in prototyping, soldering, debugging, and hardware validation using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Ability to read and interpret automotive wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
- A hands-on problem-solver with a methodical, detail-oriented approach to electronics development.
