Carrington West are delighted to be assisting this East Sussex-based Local Authority with their search for a DM Planning Officer to join their Development Management team. This role is ideal for someone with experience handling householder and minor applications, looking for a hybrid working setup.
Key requirements:
·Experience managing householder and minor applications
·Ability to work independently
·Ability to travel for site visits in Sussex as needed
The role is largely remote with occasional site visits, offering flexibility and a supportive team environment.
You will require a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits, as the council does not have pool cars.
