Join our team as a Band 7 Surgical Occupational Therapist Team Lead and make a meaningful impact within an inpatient surgical setting. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments within a surgical inpatient caseload

• Lead and supervise the OT team to ensure high standards of care and service delivery

• Create and implement personalised care and discharge plans

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise recovery and outcomes

• Attend and contribute to MDT meetings for integrated care planning

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and reports

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration

• Previous leadership experience in an inpatient surgical setting

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and service development

This role offers flexible working arrangements. Availability is required Monday to Friday, with part-time options considered. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
