We're looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our growing team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you'll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills – making a real impact every day.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead outdoor activities that challenge, engage, and inspire
  • Support small groups to develop confidence and personal growth
  • Bring learning to life outside the classroom

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Mountain Biking
  • Climbing
  • Paddle Sports
  • Walking & Navigation
