Salary : £26,208 to £29,500

We're looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our growing team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you'll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills – making a real impact every day.

The successful candidate will:
- Lead outdoor activities that challenge, engage, and inspire
- Support small groups to develop confidence and personal growth
- Bring learning to life outside the classroom
- Work in a supportive team that values professional growth and shared purpose
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Mountain Biking
- Climbing
- Paddle Sports
- Walking & Navigation
