Juice are working with a great client with enormous growth. At present they are looking for a well organised and efficient Internal Sales Executive with a strong work ethic.

Our client is a well-established nationwide distributor of electric motors, gearboxes and geared motors, variable speed drives, automation and electromagnetic clutches and brakes. They are a key partner of leading manufacturers who have a reputation for providing exceptional quality products trusted in the most demanding applications.

The Juicy Details

Permanent Role

Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and till 4pm on Fridays with 1 hour lunch break

Starting on £25k per annum

Location: Heckmondwike - WF16

General Duties/Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound sales enquiries, discussing the requirements with the customer and providing quotations that meet their needs

Proactively follow up on quotations, opportunities and leads

Identify and discuss opportunities for further sales with our existing customers and prospects

Provide comprehensive knowledge of the products they offer

Deliver outstanding customer service, answering service-based queries and dealing with any issues to mutual satisfaction

Skills

Experience of working in a competitive, customer focused telesales role

Able to demonstrate a passion for both sales and delivering customer service

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment whilst maintaining an eye for detail

Clear communication skills with an outgoing and friendly personality

We require hard working, reliable individuals with a positive, can-do attitude and an ability to multi-task

Demonstrate a willingness to learn about our product range to further enhance your ability to help our customers and improve your sales skills
