Deputy Home Manager

Location: Rossendale

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Mon to Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM | 40 Hours per Week

 

Time Recruitment are proud to be working with a reputable care home, located in Rossendale. The client is seeking a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager for their 70 bedded care home, providing care within nursing and residential care to elderly residents. The home boasts from an excellent, long-standing care team and experienced Registered Manager

 

As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the care home. You will support the longstanding care team to ensure outstanding person-centred care is provided and the home is running in line with CQC regulations.

 

Deputy Manager Benefits:

- Support with training of staff

 

Deputy Manager Requirements:

- Registered Nurse: With a valid NMC Pin

- Knowledgeable: In all standards and NMC code of practice

- Experienced: Proven track record in person-centred care planning

- Passionate: About delivering high standards of care
