Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with schools in Helston and the surrounding areas, who are looking for Teaching Assistants for the new academic year, beginning in September.

We are looking for:

  • Primary Teaching Assistants
  • Secondary Teaching Assistants
  • Learning Support Assistants
  • SEN Teaching Assistants
  • Learning Mentors

In these roles, you may be required to support students with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.

We are looking for educators on a part-time and full-time basis, giving you the flexibility to work around other commitments and manage your own diary.

The ideal candidates will have a Level 2 (or above) qualification in a relevant subject, and prior experience working with children or young people. We are looking for people who are calm and confident, and are looking for a rewarding role, helping students of varying abilities to reach their full potential.
