Food and Beverage Manager - Helston
Salary: £32,426 per annum
Hours: 40 per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (52.2 weeks per year)
Team Size: 17 (including porters, bar staff, FOH team, and House Manager)
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead a vibrant team in a busy dining and hospitality environment. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the delivery of three meals per day, managing bar operations, and coordinating functions with sponsors.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and scheduling the front of house team
- Planning and quoting for functions and events
- Managing bar operations including stock control and cash reconciliation
- Producing weekly operating and trading reports
- Attending client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with training and audit requirements
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members as needed
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly across 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends
