As the bookkeeper/office manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the business operations and development including:
- Financial management
- Bookkeeping and budgeting
- Proactive business management and planning
- Oversea and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office operates smoothly
- Manage office supplies
- Effective communication within the team and robust client and stakeholder liaison, ensuring smooth operations and sustained growth.

We are eager to welcome someone who has:
- 2 + years working experience, ideally within a technical sector such as energy or engineering, in a similar role.
- A strong grasp of financial and business management, including non-statutory accounts and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel, Xero (desirable – training provided)
- Experience in customer-facing roles and a knack for maintaining strong relationships.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a love for administration, numbers, and business growth.
