About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator / Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This dual role offers the opportunity to support our clients recruitment processes while providing professional administrative and PA support to senior management. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and support hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Draft job adverts and liaise with external recruiters when required.
  • Support new starter inductions and assist with HR administration.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Directors
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Organise travel arrangements and handle expense reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or as a PA/EA.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly.
