We are actively recruiting for a customer service agent/account manager to work for this large company that is relocating to Hemel Hempstead area shortly.

Your day to day duties include speaking to existing customers and ensuring satisfaction, dealing with any queries they may have, offer them additional products if required and ensure the smooth running of the account. This is a busy role with plenty of opportunity for progression.

You will come from a customer service background within an office and thrive in a team based environment. You will also have outstanding IT skills including word and excel, and really relish superior account management for a company that really cares.

In return the company offer a salary of £25,000 - £26000 plus quarterly bonuses plus the genuine opportunity to progress and receive the relevant training.
