About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities as a Production Operative:
- Operate and monitor production equipment in line with company procedures
- Assemble small components with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct basic quality checks and record results
- Maintain a tidy workspace and follow all health & safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines
About You:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with small parts or delicate materials
- Able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Flexible, punctual, and a team player
