- Experience managing high-value key accounts and long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a family business environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness / access to HP, HA, NW, W, and WD post codes.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to scale sales operations.
