Location: London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Call-Out Pay (OTE up to 55,000)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pump Engineer / Service Engineer / Site Engineer to join a growing and reputable pump services company based in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional looking to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will:
Install, commission, and service a wide range of pumping and water treatment systems
Attend breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs across commercial and industrial client sites
Work with grey water and effluent systems, including within confined spaces
Assist clients with technical support and servicing enquiries
Maintain accurate service reports and provide photographic documentation of works carried out
Collaborate closely with other engineers and departments to ensure smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
Proven experience in pump maintenance or similar industrial/mechanical servicing roles
17th or 18th Edition Electrical Certification (Preferred)
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Confident working independently and in confined spaces when required
What We Offer
Competitive base salary to 40,000 (depending on experience)
Excellent earning potential: Overtime and on-call rates with OTE up to 55,000
