The job is for a CNC Machinist in Hemel Hempstead, offering a rate of £22 per hour.
The position is a contract role for 3 months with twilight hours from 4pm to 12 midnight, starting ASAP.
Candidates should have experience in setting and operating CNC Lathes, preferably with a background in the Aerospace sector.
Applicants must be familiar with machining various metals such as Stainless, Inconel, and Aluminium, and should be skilled in tool changes and speeds and feeds.
No programming is required, but prior experience as a CNC Turner is necessary.

CNC Machinist Rate: £22 per hour Location: Hemel Hempstead Hours: Twilight (4pm – 12 midnight) Start Date: ASAP Type: Contract, 3 months Syntech Recruitment are partnered with a large Aerospace supplier, we are looking for a CNC Machinist (Setting and Operating) to work on Fanuc controlled CNC Lathes. CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

Operating CNC Lathe’s
Working to tolerances +/- 001
Producing small to medium batch parts
Carry out self inspection work

CNC Machinist Requirement:

Experienced CNC Turner (ideally used to machining parts for the Aerospace sector)
Previous experience of machining various metal including Stainless, Inconel and Aluminium
Must be able to set and operate a CNC Lathe (no programming involved)
Experienced with tool changes and speeds and feeds
