Our clients are a tier 2 social housing / social buildings refurbishment and regeneration contractor turning over approximately 70m
Having exclusive frameworks and contracts with the local councils, this is an excellent opportunity to get in with a local firm who will have much upcoming and ongoing works
They are currently recruiting for 3 skilled labourers, either individually or as a team
You will be working at height so you must be physically fit and happy working at height
The project is the re-roofing of a Care Home in Hemel Hempstead and the project will be in a live environment with elderly residents on site. Roofing sections will be removed and re-boarded and then re-felted
Your role will be to aid in the removal of sections of the roof and then to nail down timbers in order for the new roof to be fitted
This particular project will last approximately 4 weeks, however as the contractor has so many projects in the area on a long term frameworks, this is an exciting opportunity to work with them and get in for future sites opening
Onsite training will be provided for working at height and you will pick up skills that will greatly compliment your CV and career progression
