  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and add value across the project
Requirements for the Mechanical Project Manager:
  • Strong background in mechanical project delivery within data centres, commercial or mission-critical environments
  • SMSTS & CSCS (Manager level)
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical services, commissioning, and compliance
  • Ability to manage complex programmes and lead subcontract teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Main contractor or M&E contractor background preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore is beneficial
What’s on Offer for the Mechanical Project Manager:
  • Competitive salary: £85k - £90k + package (or £400 - £500/day)
  • Long-term opportunity to step into a Contracts Manager role as the data centre division grows
  • Private healthcare, dental and life insurance (perm)
  • Project-led bonus scheme up to 2.5%
