Interaction Education are pleased to currently be recruiting for a Data and Examinations officer (with administrative duties) for a great school in the Hemel Hempstead area.

This role is full time and temporary, with a view to going permanent for the right candidate, and the key responsibilities for the role can be found below:

  • Data Management: Maintain student records, assist with data analysis, and produce reports for staff and parents.

  • Exams Administration: Coordinate exam timetabling, student entries, and invigilation. Ensure compliance with exam regulations (JCQ).

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to GDPR and exam board requirements, and maintain accurate records of results.

  • Support: Provide data support to staff and students, and assist with school-wide reporting and exams preparation.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in administrative roles (school experience desirable).

  • Strong IT skills (Excel, MIS systems).

  • Knowledge of exams procedures (desirable) and data protection laws.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
