The Role - Teaching AssistantThe school is currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join their outstanding team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND

Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the wider school community

Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons

Observe and assess children's progress, offering meaningful feedback to both teachers and parents

Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children in a school setting or residential care environment

A reference to support your experience with children

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

The ability to commute to or live in Hemel Hempstead
