This is a great opportunity for an experienced or up and coming PCB Inspector to join a fast-growing electronics sub-contract manufacturing business in Hemel Hempstead.

The company offers the full PCB manufacturing package to the Aerospace, Medical, Transport and Security sectors.

Ideally the PCB Inspector will be certified to IPC610 standards, however this is not critical.

PCB Inspector Requirements:

  • Experienced in PCB Inspection to IPC-610 standards
  • Experience of Inspection & QC within an Electronics Manufacturing environment
  • Rework experience on SMT components
  • Ability to read and following technical drawings/instructions
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable with a good attendance and punctuality work ethic

PCB Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Using 3-D AOI and X-Ray inspection equipment
  • Final QA Inspection of box-build product and mechanical assemblies using customer drawings.
  • Goods Inwards inspection of PCBs, metalwork and plastic parts.
  • Inspection and evaluation of returned product to identify required repair/rework.
  • Completion of RMA reports for submission to customers.
