Customer Support Advisor - Property & Construction | Up to 30,000 | Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based (Hybrid Options Possible, along with working part-time hours over 5 days)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and hardworking team, providing responsive and solution-focused support to homeowners within the crucial two-year warranty period.
The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners experiencing defects or issues with their property. You'll coordinate remedial works, manage relationships with contractors and internal teams and ensure that every customer receives the highest standard of service throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
Own the customer journey from post-construction handover onwards.
Conduct handovers with clients, showcasing their new homes and features.
Coordinate defect resolution, ensuring timely and professional remedial works.
Communicate clearly and promptly with residents, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with third-party suppliers to maintain outstanding service levels.
Carry out quality checks and build knowledge of individual and communal systems.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of all ongoing cases.
Support continuous improvement by implementing customer support best practices.
What You'll Bring
Strong experience in an administrative or customer service support role.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
A positive, professional and proactive approach.
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer care.
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience using Clixifix or similar defect management platforms.
Sound knowledge of construction or property/building maintenance.
