What You'll Be Doing:
路Coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for staff.
路Drafting and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
路Maintaining accurate HR system records and supporting data input for payroll.
路Managing probation reviews, contract changes, and right-to-work compliance.
路Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
路Supporting employee recognition initiatives and internal communications.
路Organising inductions and delivering HR system training for new joiners.
路Coordinating recruitment activity and liaising with partner agencies.
路Supporting the delivery of reward and recognition schemes.
路Providing first-line support on employee relations matters, escalating when needed.
路Conducting and supporting thorough, objective investigations.
路Supporting wider People & Culture projects and document management processes.


What We're Looking For:
路Previous experience in an HR/People Team role, ideally with exposure to employee relations.
路Strong knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes and HR best practice.
路Confident handling HR queries and advising employees and line managers.
路Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining high levels of discretion.
路A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
路Excellent organisational and communication skills.
