Executive Assistant Role

Full-time, permanent role

Location: 5 days a week in Hemel Hempstead

Construction and/or private equity & asset management experience

They are looking for experienced Executive Assistants who are very proficient, who are comfortable with working with Directors, specifically at C-Suite level and can work in high-speed companies, that work nationally & worldwide.

Core day to day responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for both the shareholder and Director of the business.
  • Arrange and book business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries (both in the UK & worldwide).
  • Create, edit, and proofread high-quality documents, presentations, and reports. Take minutes for meetings and distribute action points.
  • Screen and respond to emails and calls, and handle general inquiries from various inboxes and social media accounts.
  • Assist with the completion of expense reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams, assist with ad hoc projects, and help organize events or site-related tasks like repairs and refurbishments.
