Position: Temporary to Permanent Cover SupervisorLocation: Hemel Hempstead, HertfordshireHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PMDaily Pay: £130 - £160 per day
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. This role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the absence of teachers.
- Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
- Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting.
- Strong behavior management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
